By accessing or using Verdict ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Verdict is an AI face-rating service. You upload a front and side photo of a face; the Service places measurement points on the photos (which you can correct), computes scores from facial proportions, uses an AI model to grade a small set of visual attributes, and produces a rating report, an improvement plan, and visual simulations of hypothetical cosmetic changes. Ratings are subjective, automated estimates produced for informational and entertainment purposes.
You must be 18 or older to create an account and upload photos; you confirm this at sign-up. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must not share it with others.
Only upload photos you have the right to use: photos of yourself, or of another adult who has given you their permission to analyze their face with the Service. Never upload photos of minors. By uploading, you consent to your photos and dot corrections being processed as described in the Privacy Policy, including automated analysis by an AI model.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, access other users' data, use it to harass, demean, or bully any person, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ratings, plans, and simulations are automated opinions, not facts, and do not constitute medical, cosmetic, surgical, dermatological, or mental-health advice. Simulations are visual approximations, not predictions of surgical outcomes. Do not make medical or cosmetic decisions based solely on the Service's output — consult a qualified professional. We are not liable for decisions made based on the Service's output.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
