By accessing or using Verdict ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Verdict is an AI face-rating service. You upload a front and side photo of a face; the Service places measurement points on the photos (which you can correct), computes scores from facial proportions, uses an AI model to grade a small set of visual attributes, and produces a rating report, an improvement plan, and visual simulations of hypothetical cosmetic changes. Ratings are subjective, automated estimates produced for informational and entertainment purposes.
You must be 18 or older to create an account and upload photos; you confirm this at sign-up. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must not share it with others.
Only upload photos you have the right to use: photos of yourself, or of another adult who has given you their permission to analyze their face with the Service. Never upload photos of minors. By uploading, you consent to your photos and dot corrections being processed as described in the Privacy Policy, including automated analysis by an AI model.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, access other users' data, use it to harass, demean, or bully any person, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Verdict offers a paid "Pro" subscription for $14.99 per month. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details. Your subscription automatically renews each month and your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime from Settings, which opens your billing portal. Cancellation stops all future charges; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and is not prorated.
Verdict also offers two one-time purchases: a "Single scan" ($2.99 launch price until October 1, 2026, then $3.99; unlocks the verdict you are viewing) and a "Scan pack" ($4.99 for 10 full scans, saved to your account). Each is a single charge, not a subscription, and does not renew. Scan credits don't expire and one credit is used per distinct front photo (retries and the side photo for the same face don't use another). Unlocking the verdict you were viewing when you bought the pack does not use a credit. Because each scan incurs an immediate AI processing cost, pack purchases are non-refundable once a credit has been used, except where required by law. Single scans carry a 24-hour guarantee: if the unlocked verdict isn't what you expected, reply to your Stripe receipt or email support@verdictmetrics.com within 24 hours of the charge and we refund it in full, no questions asked. A scan pack bought without an account is tied to the browser you bought it in and to the email you gave at checkout; create an account with that email to use it on other devices.
Because Pro unlocks digital results immediately, payments are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. That said, if you're not satisfied, email us at support@verdictmetrics.com within 7 days of a charge and we'll review your request in good faith. We may change our pricing with notice; changes never affect a period you've already paid for.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ratings, plans, and simulations are automated opinions, not facts, and do not constitute medical, cosmetic, surgical, dermatological, or mental-health advice. Simulations are visual approximations, not predictions of surgical outcomes. Do not make medical or cosmetic decisions based solely on the Service's output — consult a qualified professional. We are not liable for decisions made based on the Service's output.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
